I’ve returned to the world of Death Before Dragons and Legacy of Magic to write a new series with a new hero and heroine.
You might remember briefly meeting Arwen Forester (the half-dark-elf tracker) toward the end of Legacy of Magic. And the half-dragon Azerdash Starblade? He was also around (and freed from a magical stasis chamber) in Legacy of Magic. Now, they get stories of their own. If you haven’t read my other series, you can still pick up this one without confusion. You might just wonder at all the quirky established characters popping in. 🙂
If you’re interested, Book 1 is Marked by Magic, and Book 2 (Bound by Blood) is also available with the third novel in the works.
Thanks for reading, and I hope you have a great 2024!
I am excited to start reading the Tracking Trouble book 3, but while waiting over Christmas break with nothing to read I decided to reread Val’s story. Now I gotta finish them all before I can get back to It. I know, problems. Matti is my favorite character and I love her books but I think Nin needs to bee heard. Please keep writing urban fantasy about women in their 40s located right here in my Pacific Northwest!
I’ve been enjoy all of these books. I think it would be fun for Val to become pregnant, with Zav’s child of course. I know this is supposed to be impossible, but mother nature can find ways. I think these could make some real interesting stories.
I really enjoyed all the books with Val and Sindari and of course Zav, Matti and her Elven assassin and Arwin and her half dragon; I’m wondering if any more of your books have them in them?
I have immensely enjoyed this “Tracking Trouble” series!!! I am in the middle of the fifth book now. I can’t believe I had never heard of you. The vast majority of my reading is “fantasy” and “sci-fi”. I have read (and reread!) ALL of Asimov, Brooks, Burroughs, Howard, and Donaldson (and many, many other authors). I have been a member of the Science Fiction Book Club since it was founded. I find it VERY odd, the first I heard of you was from a suggestion from my Kindle app. I am extremely grateful I took the suggestion to heart. You are a really good author. THANK YOU for the great stories!
